Siano’s Pizza & Pasta was born from generations of Italian cooking traditions, starting in Ischia with Francesco “Frangish” Balestriere and carried on by his grandson Frankie and his wife Marcella, “The Pasta Lady.” After years of perfecting pizza and fresh pasta—from their family kitchens & past restaurant experience, to a Florida food truck—they returned to Waxhaw to open their most loved New York / New Haven style pizza, serving pies well done with a distinctive char and establishing the recognized saying from New Haven CT, " It's Not Burnt...It's Charred" to Charlotte North Carolina.
